Shipping

We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $100 in the US. At this time we ship all orders using UPS Shipping Services.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Most US orders should arrive within 3-5 business days. Most Canada orders should arrive within 7-10 business days.

Please allow 1-2 business days for process handling of your order. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

Please allow 2-5 business days for your package to arrive once your order has been processed and shipped. 

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. Once your tracking information is received, you will be able to track your package with the carrier. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to register.


If you have not received your package, Please allow an addition 7 business days for the package to show up.

Vixen Vogue is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are also not responsible for packages damaged while in transit or delayed due to inclement weather. However, we will work with you the best we can.

Please reach out to the shipper to process an investigation.

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items returned after 7 days will not be accepted and are not eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags in tact, and in its original packaging. Vixen Vogue will not accept merchandise that is returned soiled or with signs of wear

If you are unhappy with the merchandise received, you can request to make a return within 7 days of receipt by visiting our returns center at vixenvogue.returnscenter.com. Once your items have been received and inspected, a store credit will be issued via email.

If your return is accepted, you will receive an approval email within 24-48 of your request, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

**Please note it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the return process.

At this time we do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you purchased and make a separate purchase for the new item.


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note: You must reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date or your request for evaluation will be voided.

REFUNDS

Vixen Vogue does not offer refunds and issues store credit on approved return items. There are no exceptions on this matter.

RESTOCKS

We work with multiple manufacturers and vendors to bring you the most on trend fashion pieces. Therefore, restocks are not guaranteed. Please sign up for emails to get updates on possible restocks and check out our restock page. We will try our best to restock popular styles.
